• Displaying your testimonials within your campaigns and embeds

• Operating, maintaining, and enhancing the platform (only as necessary)

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you upload; (b) the content does not infringe on any third-party rights; and (c) you have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals appearing in your content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and designs (excluding User Content), are the exclusive property of Kodiflow or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

"Kodiflow" and our logos are trademarks of Kodiflow. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

5. Payment and Billing

If you choose a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• Billing occurs automatically on a recurring basis according to your plan
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy, if any (contact us for details)
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply to future renewal periods

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you lose access to paid features, though we may retain your data for a limited period as required by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate third-party rights

You assume all risks and responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KODIFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KODIFLOW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kodiflow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
